  I went to the URGENT CARE with CHEST PAINS. After waiting for over an hour I was told the doctors were waiting to see me, but I could not go back until I paid my co-pay. This co-pay could have been paid upon me entering the office or during my hour of sitting there PRAYING i WAS NOT HAVING A HEART ATTACK and feeling neglected. The girl (African American with braces)at the desk who portrayed to be IN CHARGE with an HORRIBLE ATTITUDE would not listen to 3 OTHER PEOPLE who told her to let me go in and see the doctor, If I had to go there again and she is there I would just leave and take my chances. But I hope I will never have to go back there and be belittle by someone who wants to show authority instead of compassion.
